Disclaimer: This tool only estimates the risk for cancer therapy-induced ACUTE OVARIAN FAILURE (AOF), defined as failure to begin menstruating after cancer treatment (in females diagnosed before menarche), or cessation of menstrual cycles permanently within 5 years after their cancer diagnosis and treatment (in those diagnosed after menarche). It does not estimate the risk for premature menopause (PM). Please consider both the AOF and PM risk when counselling patients.
