Reservations can be made online or by calling the toll-free number reservations line: 1-800-261-9530 and giving the group name (11th Int. Conference on LT Complications of Cancer Treatment) or group code (STJF10A). The conference room rate is $207.00 to $238.00 USD for the Williamsburg Lodge and $139.00 to $169.00 USD for the Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel and Suites plus tax. Reservations must be made before May 10, 2010 in order to receive this discounted room rate and are payable in full at the time the reservation is made. Reservations received after May 10, 2010, will be confirmed if space is available and at current hotel published guest room rates. Early hotel reservations are recommended.
